GoodNightDog dog bed inserts are made of 100% polyester fiberfill insert, covered with a tightly woven shell. In addition, our unique insert provides cushioning for firm supportive nesting. The thick side gussets/boxing allow for maximum loft and more comfort. they are long-lasting and machine washable/dryable.
At GoodNightDog we make our bed covers using premium designer fabric and quality craftsmanship. Our fabrics are 100% cotton, shrink-free, stain and wrinkle-resistant. We use furniture-grade designer fabrics that are more durable. GoodNightDog.com dog beds are not made to be bought and then thrown away.

This warranty (applies to the original purchaser) covers any defects in materials or workmanship and DOES NOT COVER:
* Wear and tear
* The surface of the pillow which may not be perfectly even, or corners of the pillow which may not be perfectly shaped or identical;
* Damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions;
* Physical abuse or damage to the pillow including but not limited to stains, discoloration, perspiring, burns, excessive pressure, or normal body impressions in the pillow;
* Damages caused by mold or fungus;
* Normal changes in softness, firmness, texture, or comfort of the pillow.
WHAT GoodNightDog WILL DO
GoodNightDog, at its sole discretion, may repair, replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
You may email sales@goodnigtdog.com to submit your warranty claim along with your original receipt. You must provide an image of the defected pillow in your email. We process your request within 72 hours and will respond via email.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. Once GoodNightDog.com receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred. Due to obvious health concerns, used dog beds cannot be returned. Returns/Exchanges of only unused dog beds are accepted.
