How do you ship?
Good Night Dog offers free shipping on all ground orders within the Contiguous United States.
Additional fees will apply for all items shipped using expedited delivery methods and would have to be handled by calling our customer service line at 800-913-7944.
Outside the Contiguous U.S.: For any order shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas, additional shipping charges will apply. If you are interested in receiving a custom quote for an order shipping overseas, please send us an email to sales@goodnightdog.com with the items you are interested in purchasing along with your shipping address and we will email you a shipping quote and estimated date of arrival.
No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order.
Good Night Dog ships via FedEx and/or UPS. No signatures are required for all shipments sent via FedEx or UPS.
When will my order ship?
We will process all in-stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Order Status
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number. Please check your spam folder before calling for an order status update, as many of our emails end up there.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Our standard return policy outside of this holiday time period is as follows:: Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. Once GoodNightDog.com receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred.
Our holiday return policy is this: If you place your order after November 15 you have until January 15 to return the product back to GoodNightDog.com no questions asked. You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. All standard fees (as stated below) apply.
Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive in-store credit as your refund.
If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please call us within 10 days and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you.
Due to obvious health concerns, used dog beds cannot be returned. Returns/Exchanges of only unused dog beds are accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items, any item not in its original condition, and/or item that is damaged or missing parts.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you believe you received the product with a manufacturer defect, please email a photo to goodnightdog.com
