Do you sell replacement covers and inserts?
Yes, for pricing please email us at sales@GoodNightDog.com with information of the product (product name, size, color) and let us know what replacement part you would like to purchase. If you are not sure of the name of the product, please attach a picture.
How do you ship?
Good Night Dog ships via FedEx and/or UPS. To insure your package reaches your destination safely, all packages are shipped with indirect signature required.
When will my order ship?
We will process all in-stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Are you covers and inserts really machine washable?
Yes! Check out our washing instructions for more details.
GoodNightDog 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty (applies to the original purchaser) covers any defects in materials or workmanship and DOES NOT COVER:
*Wear and tear
*The surface of the pillow which may not be perfectly even, or corners of the pillow which may not be perfectly shaped or identical;
*Damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions;
*Physical abuse or damage to the pillow including but not limited to stains, discoloration, perspiring, burns, excessive pressure, or normal body impressions in the pillow;
*Damages caused by mold or fungus;
*Normal changes in softness, firmness, texture, or comfort of the pillow.
WHAT GoodNightDog WILL DO
GoodNightDog, at its sole discretion, may repair, replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
You may email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your warranty claim along with your original receipt. You must provide an image of the defected pillow in your email. We process your request within 72 hours and will respond via email.
